AirCAM
AirCAM Mobile sends your iPhone camera to AirCAM Desktop on Mac or Thort on another iPhone. Keep both devices on the same Wi-Fi and both apps open.
Connect to Thort
Use AirCAM Mobile 1.1 or later and a Thort build with AirCAM pairing. In Thort, add an AirCAM Mobile connection under Camera settings → External cameras. Save it and assign it to a camera slot. Start cameras, open Pair cameras, then scan the private QR code from AirCAM Mobile → Connect → Scan QR. Tap Start in AirCAM to send video. The Thort preview must show live video before recording.
Older AirCAM Mobile 1.0 releases support the desktop receiver only. A temporary connection preview in Thort stops when you close that screen; tap Start in AirCAM again after starting your camera workspace.
Connect to Mac
Open AirCAM Desktop’s Pair panel, scan its QR code in AirCAM Mobile, then tap Start. Enable the virtual camera in macOS Settings if prompted and select aircam in your video app. The Mac App Store build provides virtual video only.
Need help?
Check camera and local network permission, use the same trusted Wi-Fi, and keep AirCAM in the foreground. Hidden preview still sends video; Stop ends transmission. Do not share private pairing links or passwords with support.
